The culmination of PANTHER research is to apply foundational research in brain injury, materials research, kinematic measurement and predictive simulation to the development of a new helmet that surpasses all others.
Our approach is based on applying rigorous understanding of the injury at multiple time and length scales.
There is an urgent need for new helmets that can prevent brain injuries and their debilitating effects.
